Tiffany has 20+ year's experience in leadership and a background in healthcare and oil and gas. She has experienced the detrimental affect of high patient/customer attrition and employee turnover and how it impacts organizational performance and outcomes. Through her innovation, creativity and resourcefulness, Tiffany partnered with other leaders to transition one of the worst patient satisfaction scores to one of the highest in a healthcare facility, creating a Best Practice in the healthcare system. She realized she could serve businesses and industries all over the world with her organizational and leadership development services.
Tiffany is earning a Doctor of Business Administration degree and holds an MBA. She is a Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker and a Maxwell Certified Behavioral Analysis Trainer of the Maxwell DISC Method for adults and youth.
Tiffany takes pride in being a wife and mother of five. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, helping others, personal development and giving back to her community.
